I have been given charge of a fantastic building, with the aim of making it an exciting space for creative people to use however they see fit. The economy is ruined and it means that buildings like this one in Leeds/Bradford area are suddenly most definitely in budget for people like us. If you have a need for some space, or know anyone who might, please ask them to get in touch. Possible uses are as artists studios, rehearsal and/or performance space, conference centre for the arts, you tell me what you want to do and we'll make it happen. A former luxury sports car showroom, the main space is around 11000 sqft, fronted by a 40ft high wall of glass. At the rear two staircases and a lift lead to the mezzanine, with glass-fronted conference rooms and two large open spaces on the mezzanine itself. Beneath the mezzanine are further glass-fronted rooms, ample toilet facilities and a professional kitchen (should you wish to stage a catered event). Also on the ground floor is a canteen-style bar and a reception area. Throughout the floor of the main space there are recessed power points.
